Fear of Flying??or the “myth” of ongoing Energy Shifts

I was motivated to write this because of a mail I reveived from someone expressing fear about the coming “energy shifts” that she had heard about from another source. She felt tired and unable to cope with more powerful energy surges. I can understand how she feels, and I can say right now that many people are being pushed into fear by the ongoing ascension “rhetoric” about “energy shifts” and “energy surges”.

Let me say, quite clearly, that the cycles of evolutionary energy that we have become aware of in the last few years are nothing new. They have always been there. We have only just become aware of them now. The ancients were fully aware of the cycles of energy that reached the Earth, and they planned their sacred cycles of ceremonies and events to respect and honor these energies. I have tried to show in my own work how that most powerful of energy portals, the Sirius Lion’s Gate, was known and respected by the Ancient Egyptians for what it was. We are only now learning how powerful this energy is.

When christianity became the dominant religion in the West, it removed that sense of the spirals of time and sacred energy, as it removed all traces of the Divine Feminine and the Goddess in its teachings. So now, as we welcome back the Divine Feminine and the energy of the Goddess, we once again have a renewed sense of the spirals of energy and their powerful effects on the planet. But what has changed is the awareness, not the spirals of energy. And it seems sad that this new awareness is being used to create fear and anxiety in people.

What appears to have happened is that these energy spirals have become entwined with the teachings of Ascension, and people now seem to think that we are on a continuous energy spiral and that we are being cranked higher and higher every time a wave of energy comes through.

This is not so. The Ascension process is over. The Earth is in her Fifth Dimensional and Multi-dimensional matrix. The energy spirals continue, as before, but they are not part of “ascension”. They are not harmful in any way. In fact, the ancients celebrated them as the bringers of abundance and prosperity, which is what they are. They bring wisdom and light from the Source, and this creates a sense of well-being and nurturing and unconditional love, which in turn creates peace and prosperity. It is sad how far we seem to have moved from that understanding.

What seems to be harmful is the belief among many that these energies are somehow connected to your inner state, and that if your consciousness is “high” or “pure” you will not be affected, but if you are not “ascended” then you will feel the effects negatively.

It is true that between 2004 and 2005 Lightworkers of the First and Second Waves used the impetus of the energy spirals to work with the Earth in the Ascension and Tranformation process. But that work was completed by the Qantum shift that ocurred between the November 11:11:11 gate and early February of 2006. It is over. No one is going any higher. There is nothing to fear.

In fact there is much to celebrate as we begin to understand the power of where we are!

We are learning now to open and shift our awareness and our perceptions to accommodate the new energies.

So?maybe its time to release this fear of “flying” in the new energies, and ignore those people who try to induce fear and anxiety through their rhetoric about “energy shifts” and their ongoing effects on people.

What I think many Lightworkers are feeling is sheer exhaustion at the demands of the shifts and changes, and there have been many. And a sense that they cannot take any more. But its ok?there will be no more. The shifts are over. I know many people will disagree, but that is their right. My perspective is we are here. Now. And the only energy that comes in now will be loving, gentle and stabilizing. The Higher Dimensions know how much we need to stabilize and regain our sense of calm and stability.

So?avoid the hysteria that goes along with the prolonged ascension and shift rhetoric, and settle back into the knowledge that it is in fact over and we are now building the New Earth. Relax. Enjoy. Light some candles?dance?meditate?go for a walk in the forest?anything rather than sitting around fearing the next energy shift!

Know you are powerful. You are an ascended Fifth Dimensional Human Angel. It’s time to spread those wings and fly!

Flying Lessons for Human Angels

My own approach to the spirals of energy is to ensure that I am physically, mentally and emotionally in good shape so that any new waves of Galactic energy can be easily integrated into my being.

To do this requires attention, for me, to diet, exercise and rest. And living a balanced life.

If I am tired and toxic from overwork and bad eating and lack of exercise, I don’t cope well with any energetic challenges. The healthier I am and the stronger I feel, the better I cope with life’s demands. And the ongoing spirals of inter-galactic energies are just part of the challenges of the ongoing adventure of life on planet Earth.

So?.my point is, lets celebrate these new energies like our ancient ancestors did, instead of fearing them!
